LaVar Ball claimed that he would have beaten the greatest player of all-time if they were one-on-one in his prime.
Everybody understands that the statement was ridiculous and asinine because LaVar has been reached only 2.2 points a game during his college basketball “career” – and it stays his main achievement.
Michael Jordan could not pay any attention to this nonsense, but he finally had to.
“You’ve got to understand the source. He played, I don’t know, I think, college, maybe? He averaged 2.2 points a game. Really? It doesn’t deserve a response, but I’m going to give it to you because you asked the question. I don’t think he could beat me if I was on one leg,” – answered MJ to the student’s question in his Jordan Flight School camp in Santa Barbara, Calif., over the weekend.
Michael Jordan won six NBA titles and likely would’ve garnered even more wins, if he hadn’t ended his career. So, there’s no reason not to believe his confident one-leg respond.
