The whole affair about the curse started back in 2011, when Kevin Durant made a comment saying that Lil B was an irrelevant person, and that he had no influence over anyone in the world. The grapevine brought the news all the way to Lil B, who replied, very seriously, that he had placed a curse on Kevin Durant. Because of this curse, Durant and any team he played with at the time would never win any titles.

Lil B is a well-known rapper, activist, record producer, and motivational speaker who was born in Berkeley, California on August 17, 1989.

On the other hand, Kevin Durant is considered to be one of the shining stars of the NBA. He plays with the Oklahoma City Thunders as a small forward. His numbers hang around a 27.4 average, 7.0 on rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game.

Anyway, Lil B’s curse was placed, then lifted, then put back on. When the Thunders lost again (after they had a 3-1 lead) Lil B reminded everyone that it had been five years since the curse, and Durant is yet to win a title.

Lil B curse

Now, here’s the deal − Lil B has agreed to lift the curse and provide a blessing if Durant signs with the New York Knicks this summer.
