After spending most of his life competing in things like track and football at Georgia, it wasn’t much of a surprise when Herschel Walker decided to take up yet another competitive sport, mixed martial arts.

He has not stopped looking for competition in various outlets, and even though he is now 54 years old, he still is not ready to call it quits.

Although professional mixed martial arts fighting is a more recent way for him to compete, Walker has actually been training in the area for quite a while at this point.

He has appeared in two professional fights, with the last one being in 2011. He was the winner in both fights by a technical knockout. Even at 54 he is in great shape and maintains a legendary workout routine that consists of about 3,000 sit-ups and 1,500 pushups daily.
