The man that enraged many when he attended the first ever MLB game to be held on a military base is now apologizing, calling his behavior idiotic.

Describing himself as a baseball collector, Hample claims his collection includes over 9,000 baseballs from 51 distinct MLB ballparks. He felt missing one would be unacceptable, but now he says the stunt was ignorant and foolhardy.
